Arizona's New Immigration Law

There is much debate over Arizona's new immigration law (effective July 29).
Based on the national polls that I have seen as of mid-July, about 70% of the citizens of Arizona and roughly 60% of Americans in general approve of the new law. In light of the horrendous crimes that illegal immigrants are committing in Arizona, besides entering the country illegally, and the ineptness of the federal government to do its job of protecting the national borders, Arizona believes it must try to defend itself. It is thought that the "Will of the People" of the state must be exercised since the federal government seems to be playing politics with the issue. Please take a moment and vote your opinion in my poll located to the right. If you want to add to your vote by commenting below, your comments are welcome.
