A Democrat Strategy to Expand Voter Base (Tongue-in-Cheek)

Many democrats want to give felons the right to vote in order to expand the base of democrat voters; similar to the health care takeover to let old people die earlier in order to transfer the resources to illegal aliens so that more will cross the border to get their share and create legions of democrat constituents, by replacing the independent people with dependent people.
